The idea of writing The Leader of Dreams came from a conversation with a close friend, Richard Mallet , to whom I owe the title.

The term can be interpreted in two ways. The first and most obvious, we all know and think it should be a leader. What should be their values, their principles, their behavior. A mental image is formed and you already know exactly how it should be. In the second interpretation (the latter being more subtle), the leader emerges who leads dreams. One who is attuned to the desires of your team more implicit, of your team. Whoever ends up becoming a facilitator of life they lead.
