The restaurant's Aunt Zilda

This is the Passion, who is in Itaim in Sao Paulo, because Aunt Zilda is fictitious.
Many times we are in doubt as to call the attention of some subordinate. It is a very common question, which only invalidates the experience.
To help tell the story below, based on a story repeated by DeRose whenever you want to train professionals who teach their method, which I am a proud representative.
Aunt Zilda was the owner of a home cooking restaurant in the center of a big city. It was a simple place, with tables and iron chairs, towels with rubber stamps, fruit, snack and fans up to half of the wall tiles. At lunchtime, workers and ordinary people were lining up to eat the dish made the day. In addition, she blew deliver some pots in the region, it was so tasty food. Even some big business had brought her food.
With many extra pounds, some more wrinkles and gray hair, skin pale and strong brown eyes, Aunt Zilda treated everyone with kindness. As even an aunt. Many said that, rather than for food, went there for her. Firm, strong, caring. He gave up scolding the customers who asked for credit, because with it did not have this kind of talk. But I loved telling stories, very funny about his past on the farm. She was captivating.
It was she who hired all the helpers. Kitchen and buffet, as she called it. To them, she was a mother. I pretended I had not seen the small errors in the end many were very young and were learning to work. But if they made a mistake or worse than angry customers, then yes she was a beast. And woe to those who came late. England did not know, but his punctuality was British.
One day, Nelson made one of those. He was serving a dish for a customer, when let out a sneeze over the food. Zilda aunt saw it and was possessed. Looking fimemente for Nelson, at the same time with a smile that only aunts have approached him and said: "Nelson, my son! (All were for her children), Auntie Zilda saw what you did. I do not want that to happen again so as you food contaminated with microbes of the customer. I knew he could get sick from that! In a next time, Aunt Zilda going to be tougher on you. If this continues, you're on the street. Got it, my son? Oh, and try to throw this food away and wash the dishes. "
The Nelson did not know I could not sneeze over the food, after all he did was so at home and nobody said anything. But Aunt Zilda explained so brotherly that he understood at the time. Embarrassed, he looked at Aunt Zilda eyebrows down and said, "Sorry, Aunt. That will not happen anymore. "
And so it went. Nelson continued perfecting, despite some quarrel here and there. But he was treated with respect, as he had never been treated. Aunt Zilda for him was not an aunt, was a mother.
Even asked to call it that. Aunt Zilda said I'd think.
Graham Bell, the charlatan?

"Will someone answer?"
See this story, written by educator DeRose :
From a very young scientist Graham Bell began work on the project that immortalize: the telephone. And, as always, paid dearly for it.
Bell wanted to marry a young man. One day the father of the girl sent the applicant to the home and humiliated him in every way, accusing him of being a bum, saying it did not work, who had no future, who was a nobody and that if he persisted with the intention of marrying his daughter, should abandon those crazy ideas to invent such a phone and get a job.
Graham Bell could not waste time at work, wrapped up as a much more ideal. He was aimless and knew what he wanted. I knew it was possible to pass the word by telephone wires, something taken at the time as a chimera. He suffered great need, went hungry and had no decent clothes to woo your elected. Sometimes, a good soul invited him to dinner and that was what kept him alive.
Working day and night, one day could make the phone work. That young man had to invent the communication device than a century later would be in all homes and businesses in the world! ... But the unexpected occurred. A competitor envious, wanting to himself the right of discovery, managed to convince the public that Graham Bell was a charlatan and rightful inventor of the telephone has been processed. During the trial has been insulted and outraged. The newspapers called him a crook and charlatan. He was covered with shame and reproach.
As a consolation, at the end of much suffering, Graham Bell won the litigation and had his name cleared.
So, my friend, hold on tight!
Medical pioneer catheterization is required to leave cardiology
I do not know if you've realized, but every time some cutting-edge releases a new idea, just offering resistance. It's like we have an unconscious desire to avoid change. In some cases, we condemn the discoverer of the new paradigm to ostracism. Sometimes, actually end up with a person's life.
Read this if told by my friend DeRose about the creator of the German doctor catheterization:
Werner Forssman, was born in Berlin on August 20, 1904. He graduated in medicine in 1928. He developed a theory that no one would accept: that would be possible to introduce a probe intravenously and bring it to the inside of the heart without killing the patient. Obviously could not use corpses, since they were already dead. He tried to authorization of his superiors at the hospital to carry out experiments on a patient. Of course that was not authorized. So can not use human subjects, used his own body.
He cut a vein in the arm and introduced a catheter (a catheter is the correct pronunciation and not catheter) and was pushing it until it reached the heart organ. To prove that he had achieved and that this procedure did not kill the patient, went to the x-ray room and, over the protests of his colleagues, took a picture. It was undeniable! None could question his discovery that would save many lives worldwide. His reward? It was so punished, criticized and attacked who dropped cardiology!
For over two decades was not invited to anything and if he dared to attend a congress had to suffer the embarrassment of being appointed by his peers as an undesirable. After 25 years of humiliation and exclusion, finally, recognition. In 1956, he received the Nobel Prize in Medicine.
Luckily, he was recognized with the award. But imagine how much strength of will and determination he must have had to endure 25 years of exclusion? Did we would have the courage to keep the belief in such a case?
See it as a vaccine. If you are an innovator, a creator, a person who establishes new paradigms, you are absolutely sure that it will face much resistance. To address this, develop courage.

What is your tribe?
What is your tribe? I would say several. Work, family, art, culture, friends, hobbies, sports. We are subject to these and many others. They shape us, influencing our language, our dress, our success and even our life expectancy (part of the tribe of sedentary, obese smokers-depressants, the traffickers or the suicide bombers and how many years you will live).
Knowing this is important for two reasons: to have more success in your business and have a better quality of life.
For the first of the reasons, I recommend knowing the work of Seth Godin. He is the author of the most popular marketing blog in the world. published bestsellers in the same area and recently launched the book Tribes .

Seth Godin knows drinking milk in cartons without dribbling.
The guy is amazing. Can in this book show how people seek meaning in the things they consume. We want to be part of a tribe, even using red hat with blue dress.
For the second, I recommend knowing the work of DeRose . One of the biggest Brazilian authors, with more than 20 books, wrote most of the book world's most comprehensive Yoga, the Yoga treatises .
He wrote about tribes, but giving a more scholarly name: egregore . When two or more people join with a purpose, there is formed a egregore or tribe.
And that is very useful for years to live more productive and happier, because in choosing to join a tribe, ask questions such as: 1) as are those with 20 or 30 years older than me? They are healthy?, 2) how are your relationships? They have long friendships? Have stable relationships?
After all, who wants a leader who does not know about how to form tribes and going to die soon?
